The pioneering of each and every one of us, is a right and in the true essence our exploration of our authentic self.
The Jackson and Victor workshops were truly wonderful and very exciting to see and meet new folks in the practice of Yoga and life. Thanks to all those who have attended and helped spread the word. I look forward to seeing all of you again.

Purvottanasana

Sitting in Dandasana (straight legs and seated sit bones reaching into the earth) place the palms on the floor by the hip, fingers pointing the feet.
On the exhalation slightly bend the knees and lift the torso off the ground (this is all core body strength).
The hands are directly under the shoulders and the arms are straight.
Extendend and reach through the feet suctioning them to the earth.
Using complete inhalations and exhalations stay for 5-10 breaths and exhale back to Dandasana. Benefits: Strengthen the arms especially the wrists and ankles. Opens the intercoastal muscles (between the ribs), front chest and increases expansion of the shoulders.

Cozze con Vino
In a food processor, combine until smooth:
6 anchovy filets
2 cloves garlic
2 t red pepper flakes
Pulse to add:
¼ bunch flat leaf Italian parsley
¼ C fresh oregano leaves
With blade spinning, slowly pour in:
¼ C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add about 1 Tablespoon of this paste to:
½ C dry white wine
20 fresh mussels
Steam until open.
