E-newsletter: December 2004

Greetings and Blessings! May this season bring all of us closer to share our time and love with family and friends.

This is the time of year where the days are gray, rainy and short. Many of us hide in the warmth of homes feeling the challenges of this season. It is even more important now to walk those 30 minutes a day to lift our spirits and stay with our smiles. Movement and warmth are essential for our bodies to process the stresses of life and to keep our hormonal and metabolic balance. Wear the hats and scarves, and let’s see you outside breathing fresh air.
