About Natasha

Natasha is a professional Registered Acupuncturist (RAc) in B.C. She is also a Yoga Alliance certified and insured yoga teacher.  She is a registered Jivamukti  yoga teacher and a Trinity yoga teacher.

She exudes a natural passion for helping others, which has led to her extensive practical experience with these healing methods, both on a personal and professional level. Natasha is motivated and passionate about the study of holistic medicine.

She has a daily health regime that she adheres to, which consists of a whole foods diet, yoga, Chinese health exercises and outdoor sports. Natasha values her physical and mental fitness. Through healing practices, she is able to inspire the same passion and energy in others. Natasha strongly believes that health and happiness are intrinsically intertwined and that they should be fun and easy to acquire. Exercise and diet, the keys to healthy and happy living, should be enjoyable. People should be able to draw upon all forms of medicine to help heal since all medicinal disciplines have originated to treat the same form - people. That means that for an individual, certain parts of TCM are excellent when combined with other aspects of medical or therapeutic disciplines, such as yoga, herbalogy, diet, meditation, and exercise. Natasha is excited to further her own pursuit of inner happiness and longevity, while contributing her knowledge to help others achieve the same goals in life, from physical, mental and spiritual well being.
